  • Vendor Partners must be members of SCGMIS for the membership year 2016 by the day of the workshop. Vendor Partners may send up to two staff members to each workshop at no cost. No marketing is allowed during the workshop, as this is a privilege that is reserved exclusively for the Workshop Sponsor.

The 2018 SCGMIS Network and Telecom Workshop, scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m., will be held at the Saluda Shoals River Center in Columbia, S.C., and will feature a full day's agenda of networking, discussions and sharing of information.

This always popular event will focus on a variety of key information technology and telecommunications issues, including the following topics:

  • Information Security Considerations in Project Management and IT
  • AI Broadband: Advanced Insights for Rural Connectivity
  • Critical Infrastructure Protection: A Primer... With a Twist
  • Office 365
  • Understanding the Dark Web 

As with all of our workshops, SCGMIS members may attend for free! PMI members pay a special rate of $50 to attend, while non-SCGMIS members are required to pay a $75 registration fee, which includes a continental breakfast and lunch as well. Please note that you must be a current member as of the date of the workshop to attend for free.

Please keep in mind that registration is limited to the first 90 attendees, so register today!
